What is collected

This site has no contact form of its own, no newsletter and no user accounts. Only the data you choose to send is handled:

• •When you book through Calendly: name, email address, phone number, and the reason for the appointment if you give one.
• •When you write by WhatsApp or email: whatever your message contains.
• •During sessions: the notes needed to follow your progress, which may relate to your health or emotional state.

Why, and on what legal basis

• •To manage your appointment and reply to you: performance of the service relationship and response to your request (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
• •To follow your sessions: notes that may reveal health data are a special category and are handled only with your explicit consent (GDPR art. 9.2.a). You can withdraw it at any time.
• •Legal obligations: keeping billing records where required (art. 6.1.c).

Your data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never passed to anyone for commercial purposes.

How long it is kept

Messages and bookings are kept for the duration of the relationship, then for as long as needed to answer a possible claim. Documents with tax implications are kept for the periods required by law. They are deleted afterwards.

Who else is involved

Some external services are involved when you use them:

• •Calendly LLC (United States), for appointment booking. Their policy.
• •Google, for the map embedded on the booking page and for email. Their policy.
• •WhatsApp, if you choose that channel. Their policy.
• •Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the site.

Calendly and Cloudflare are US companies. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Embedded third-party content, the Google map and the Calendly widget, may set their own cookies when they load in your browser. You can block them from your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to its handling, and receive it in a portable form. Write to fanny.legros.kinesio@gmail.com saying which right you wish to exercise.

If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), the Spanish supervisory authority.

Changes

This policy may be updated if the services used change. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force. The owner's details are in the legal notice.
